We use information to verify identity and business records, evaluate commercial funding requests, prevent fraud, communicate about an application or account, complete transactions, comply with law, and protect Royalty Funding and its customers.

When information is shared

Information may be shared with underwriting, verification, credit-reporting, banking, payment, technology, professional-service, compliance, and government partners when reasonably necessary for these purposes or required by law. We do not sell applicant information for unrelated consumer advertising.

Security and retention

Royalty Funding uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of storage is risk-free. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operational, legal, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes.

Your choices

You may contact Royalty Funding to ask about its records, update information, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for compliance, fraud prevention, or the establishment and defense of legal claims.
